I create spaces where people can cultivate unique and impactful experiences for themselves and their communities. Inside of these spaces, safety and creativity work together. That’s why I teach several creative practices: movement, poetry, writing and the art of mindful, social gathering.

All in all — I’m a copywriter, movement teacher and event project manager — and I look forward to creating something meaningful with you.

Find me teaching yoga classes at local Victoria studios throughout the week. Enjoy mindful movement via vinyasa flow, barre and yin yoga style sequences. It’s the hardest to write about yourself! That’s why I provide creative copy for makers + mavens: biographies, blog posts or general copy for your website + more. Need something more poetic? I write custom poems and spoken word performances for events, celebrations + special occasions.
