Kettlebells are a functional tool that not only builds full-body strength, but encourages stability, power, endurance, and dynamic movement. Enjoy a peppy 45 minute class where you can safely learn techniques, progressively add load, and explore foundational movements that all make for a challenging (and fun) workout.
It’s recommended to pre-register for class, as KB LVL 1 fills quickly! Come at least 5 minutes early. Class runs from 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm. Third Space Movement is located at 721 Kings Road, Victoria BC. Lots of parking available.
