Half strength and half refresher — this class combines the stabilizing aspects of Roots with the restorative qualities of yin. In a warm room heated to 34°, students embark on a journey of balance and stability during the initial portion, gracefully transitioning to the restful and calming postures of yin as they return to the floor.
